My answer is through the promotion of an "Elightened Organizational Structure" which I am envisioning is from an "Entertainment-Oriented Political System" or in my case is the "Computer Program for President" idea that I am willing to "customize" a version of "The Brain" and if I can get permission to call "my" version/adaptation as "HotApplePi for President" then I think that I can get Gov. Arnold to adopt it and this will help promote it. If Gov. Arnold supports "HotApplePi for President" then we can get promotion in conjunction with the Presidential candidates. Or, since a computer program is not capable of actually being President perhaps we could say that it is "Vice" President so that the entrepreneur themselves is "President" of their own company or their own "community". Then, Gov. Arnold could promote "HotApplePi for Vice-President" and act like the best way to provide "Solutions" is NOT by "defeating" the imagined opponent but rather by "teaching" them what it is that we "think" that they should do "alternatively". We need to be able to "explain" ourselves optimally and if we can do that "effectively" then there is no reason for them not to work "with" us and even "upgrade" our ideas with THEIR suggestions. Lead from Behind! Or, you to the power of "Pi" leading from behind, providing essential process solutions.

So, if anyone uses the HotApplePi for your Vice-President system then it is like "voting" for a vice-president that can replicate itself and assist ALL presidents of all companies and countries. Letter to Larry Ellison: Aloha Larry, I have a solution to your PeopleSoft acquisition challenge. This also turns out to be a solution for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's financial problems. Interested? There are far-reaching positive ramifications for not only Oracle and California but also for the entire United States and perhaps even the rest of the world as well. Interested? I call it the California Resources Management System (or the Oracle Resources Management System for California). This system identifies and then assists in the management of resources on the microcosmic level with human operators to enter the local statistical information into their computer. There is at least one operator per community area. The system is basically a Human Resources Management System that not only manages human resources but physical resources and systems as well. With greater objectively accurate stistical data more effective decisions can be made. I also plan on running this computer program for President of the United States in 2004. Perhaps a silly idea at first but very effective for promoting the basic Oracle/CRMS project that may be adopted by one of the presidential candidates and put into operation. This is a methodology for replicating the brilliance of the President to all of the communities on a local level. J.K. INTRODUCTION The effective management of resources begins with not only the proper identification of the resources themselves but also the identification of all of the issues surrounding and affecting those resources. Direct and consistent contact with a human intelligence capable of evaluating the circumstances around the collection of accurate statistical data is of extreme importance. Some of my ancestors were Native American. I was the only caucasian athlete in an otherwise all African-American high school. And, I lived in Hawaii for over 20 years. Although I had a mathematically-based and computer-oriented mind I was constantly surrounded by various aspects of indigeonous wisdom and nature-based systems of managing resources. Even if we only have one person per city, or one person per so many thousands of people for the purposes of this explanation, then we will still be successful. That one person will serve as a seed of possibility for everyone else as to how to properly identify and manage the resources in each community location throughout California.
